1 cup mung bean sprouts

¾ cup cooked quinoa

For the Sauce:

15 almonds, chopped

8 fresh mint sprigs

1 large garlic clove, peeled

6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 ½ Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
